To celebrate Christmas, VIVIDSTORM is hosting the Christmas Decoration Creative Contest (hereinafter referred to as “the Contest”). We invite all VIVIDSTORM screen users to showcase your creative Christmas decoration scenes. Share your entry and participate in voting to have a chance to win amazing prizes!

  • Second Prize (1 winner): Latest PS5 Gaming Console
  • Third Prize (10 winners): Gift Voucher worth $150 USD

📅 Contest Timeline

  • Submission Period: December 10, 2023 - January 5, 2024
  • Public Voting Period: December 12, 2023 - January 7, 2024
  • Winners Announcement: January 9, 2024 (via email and official social media)

📋 Eligibility and Entry Requirements

1. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents worldwide, and entrants must meet the following conditions:

  • Must have purchased and own a VIVIDSTORM screen.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • VIVIDSTORM International and its affiliated companies' employees, along with their immediate family (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Requirements

  • Content: The entry must be an original photograph showing a Christmas decoration scene using a VIVIDSTORM screen.
  • Format: Only images will be accepted, videos will not be allowed. A square format is recommended.
  • Specifications: The image size should be between 100x100 pixels and 4096x3072 pixels, and the file size should not exceed 4MB.
  • Quantity: Each participant can submit 1 image only.
  • Originality: The entry must be the participant's original work, and must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property, privacy rights, or any other legal rights.

3. Submission Process

Participants must complete the following two steps:

  • Step 1: Social Media Post
    Post your entry image on any social media platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and ensure to @mention the corresponding official VIVIDSTORM account (see below).
  • Step 2: Official Email Registration
    Send the following information to the contest's designated email [support@vividstormscreen.com]
    Email Subject: VIVIDSTORM Christmas Decoration Contest Entry - [Your Name]
    Email Body:
    • Participant's Name
    • Email Address for Contact
    • Phone Number (with international dialing code)
    • The link to your entry on social media (URL)

    • High-resolution file of the entry image.

4. Voting Rules

  • All qualified entries will be publicly displayed on the Contest's official voting page.
  • The public can vote for their favorite entry. Each user can only vote once during the voting period.
  • Any form of vote manipulation, cheating, or technical interference with the voting system is strictly prohibited. If discovered, VIVIDSTORM reserves the right to disqualify the entry and revoke the participant's eligibility for prizes, without further notice.
  • Participants must keep their social media posts public during the contest period. Deleting the post will be considered as automatically forfeiting participation.

5. Sponsor

This Contest is sponsored by VIVIDSTORM, a company under VIVIDSTORM TRADE LIMITED.

6. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in this Contest constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to accept these official rules and the decisions made by VIVIDSTORM, which are final and binding. Winning is contingent upon compliance with all rules.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected based on the public voting count, creativity, and how well the entry aligns with VIVIDSTORM’s brand and the Christmas theme, as determined by the VIVIDSTORM judging panel.
  • Winners will be notified via the email provided during registration
  • Winners must reply within 48 hours of the notification email, providing the required information (e.g., shipping address). Failure to respond within the given time frame or providing false information will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize.
  • If the potential winner is a minor in their jurisdiction, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian, who must sign relevant documents on their behalf.

8. Intellectual Property and Licensing

  • The participant guarantees that they hold full and independent intellectual property rights to the submitted work and that the work does not infringe on any third-party rights.
  • By submitting the work, the participant grants VIVIDSTORM a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display the entry and the participant's name, image (if applicable) in any media, including but not limited to websites, social media, advertising, and promotional material related to the Contest and future marketing activities, without the need for additional compensation or notification.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • VIVIDSTORM is not responsible for any technical failures, network congestion, data transmission errors, unauthorized interventions, equipment or software malfunctions, or any other issues that may cause delayed or failed submissions or voting system issues.
  • VIVIDSTORM is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or any other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this Contest or the use of any prize.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, participants agree to release VIVIDSTORM and its affiliates from any and all claims or liabilities arising from participation in this Contest.

10. Privacy

  • The personal information provided by participants (e.g., name, email, phone number) will only be used for the management, notification, and prize distribution of this Contest. This information will be processed in accordance with VIVIDSTORM's privacy policy ([link to privacy policy]).
  • We will not sell your personal information to third parties without your consent.

11. Modification or Termination of Contest

  • VIVIDSTORM reserves the right to pause, modify, or terminate this Contest due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical problems, fraud, or any factors affecting the fairness and integrity of the Contest. Any changes will be announced through official channels.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • This Contest and its rules are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Contest shall be submitted to the competent courts in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China, and participants agree to waive any rights to resolve disputes through class action.

13. Third-Party Platforms Disclaimer

  • This Contest is independently organized and managed by VIVIDSTORM and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Google, or any other social media platform. You are providing your information to VIVIDSTORM, not to these platforms.

14. Final Interpretation Rights

  • VIVIDSTORM reserves the right to have the final interpretation of these official rules. Any matters not covered by these rules will be determined by VIVIDSTORM in its official interpretation and decision.
