Please read all terms carefully before participating in this promotion. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Section 1: Promotion Overview

The VIVIDSTORM 2026 World Cup Prediction Challenge (the “Promotion”) is organized by VIVIDSTORM (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Promotion includes two separate prediction challenges that are open during the Promotion Period.

Challenge 1: Predict the World Cup Champion
Entry period: May 1, 2026 to June 10, 2026, ending at 11:59 PM Pacific Time
Reward: Each correct participant will receive a USD $300 voucher.

Challenge 2: Predict the Final Score
Entry period: May 1, 2026 to July 18, 2026, ending before kickoff of the Final
Reward: Each correct participant will receive a USD $500 voucher.

Grand Reward: Participants who correctly predict both the World Cup Champion and the Final Score using the same eligible order number may receive a full refund of the qualifying order amount, making the order free, subject to Section 6.3. Participants who correctly predict only one challenge will receive the corresponding single reward only: USD $300 for Challenge 1 or USD $500 for Challenge 2. The Grand Reward does not stack with the USD $300 and USD $500 vouchers.

Section 2: Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

· Participants must be at least 18 years old.

· Participants must be legal residents of countries or regions where VIVIDSTORM products are available for sale.

· Participants must complete a valid purchase on vividstormscreen.com before submitting a prediction.

· Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of VIVIDSTORM and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

· Agents, partners, and affiliate promoters acting on behalf of VIVIDSTORM are not eligible to participate.

2.2 Purchase Requirement

Participation in either challenge requires a valid purchase made under the participant’s own name and must meet the following conditions:

· The purchase must be made under the participant’s own name and may not use another person’s account or information.

· The purchase order must not be cancelled, refunded, charged back, or placed under dispute during or after the Promotion Period.

· Each order number may be used to submit only one prediction per challenge.

· If the Sponsor determines that a participant made a purchase for the purpose of obtaining eligibility and later requests a return or refund, the participant will be immediately disqualified and any related voucher or Grand Reward will be void.

· Multiple orders placed with the same shipping address or payment method followed by refund requests may be treated as fraudulent and may result in immediate disqualification.

Section 3: How to Participate

After completing a valid purchase, participants may enter the challenges by either of the following methods:

· Clicking the participation link in the purchase confirmation email.

· Visiting the VIVIDSTORM World Cup Promotion page and submitting a prediction using the order number.

Participants must provide the following information when submitting a prediction:

1. A valid order number that matches the purchase record.

2. The name and email address used for the purchase.

3. The participant’s prediction.

Important notes:

· Predictions cannot be changed or withdrawn after submission.

· Each order number may be used only once per challenge.

· The Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries and purchase records before issuing any voucher or processing any Grand Reward refund.

Section 4: Disqualification and Anti-Fraud Policy

⚠️ Important notice: Any fraudulent participation may result in immediate and permanent disqualification.

4.1 Conduct Resulting in Immediate Disqualification

The Sponsor reserves the right to immediately disqualify participants who engage in any of the following conduct:

· Submitting duplicate predictions using multiple email addresses, accounts, identities, or another person’s order number.

· Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to submit entries in bulk.

· Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods to complete a purchase.

· Requesting a return, refund, order cancellation, or chargeback after purchase.

· Placing multiple orders with the same shipping address or payment method and then requesting refunds.

· Requesting to return the product after receiving a voucher refund or Grand Reward refund, which may be treated as duplicate-benefit fraud.

· Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information in a submission.

· Manipulating, circumventing, or abusing the Promotion rules in any way.

· Sharing or transferring an exclusive participation link to another person.

· Using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to misrepresent your location, bypass eligibility requirements, submit duplicate entries, or gain an unfair advantage.

· Any other violation of these Promotion terms.

4.2 Consequences of Disqualification

· A disqualified participant will lose all entries and related vouchers or Grand Reward eligibility, including rewards already issued or processed.

· The Sponsor reserves the right to revoke and void any voucher issued or Grand Reward approved for a disqualified participant at any time.

· Any refund request from a disqualified participant may be denied.

· The Sponsor may report fraudulent conduct to relevant authorities and take legal action where necessary.

· A disqualified participant may be permanently banned from future VIVIDSTORM promotions.

4.3 Verification Rights

The Sponsor reserves the right to:

· Request proof of identity, purchase records, and other documents required to verify eligibility.

· Review entries before, during, or after the Promotion Period.

· Withhold voucher issuance or Grand Reward refund processing until verification is complete.

· Revoke issued vouchers or approved Grand Rewards if post-review investigation reveals fraudulent conduct.

Section 5: Prediction Rules and Winning Conditions

5.1 Challenge 1: Predict the World Cup Champion

· Participants must predict which team will win the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

· Predictions must be submitted by June 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

· Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

· The correct answer will be based on the 2026 FIFA World Cup champion officially announced by FIFA.

· All valid participants who submit the correct prediction will receive a USD $300 voucher.

5.2 Challenge 2: Predict the Final Score

· Participants must predict the final score between the two teams in the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final.

· The final score includes the result after 90 minutes of regular time, extra time (if any), and a penalty shootout (if any).

· If the Final is decided by a penalty shootout, the penalty shootout result will be counted as part of the final prediction result. The correct score will be based on the final score or result officially recorded or announced by FIFA after the penalty shootout is completed.

· Because the Promotion entry system supports only one final score selection, participants do not need to separately distinguish regular-time, extra-time, or penalty-shootout scores.

· Predictions must be submitted before the official kickoff of the Final on July 18, 2026.

· Late submissions will not be accepted.

· All valid participants who precisely predict the correct final score will receive a USD $500 voucher.

5.3 Grand Reward: Correctly Predict Both Challenges

Participants who correctly predict both the World Cup Champion and the Final Score using the same eligible order number may receive the Grand Reward: a full refund of the actual amount paid for the qualifying order, making the order free.

The Grand Reward is limited to the actual amount paid for the qualifying order after all promotional discounts, coupons, credits, and other price reductions are deducted.

The Grand Reward replaces the separate USD $300 and USD $500 vouchers. It does not stack with, combine with, or add to the single-challenge voucher rewards.

If a participant correctly predicts only the World Cup Champion, the participant will receive only the USD $300 voucher. If a participant correctly predicts only the Final Score, the participant will receive only the USD $500 voucher.

The Grand Reward is subject to verification, fraud review, refund limitations, and all other terms of this Promotion.

5.4 Winner Announcement

· Within 7 business days after both challenges have ended, the Sponsor will announce winners by email.

· Winner notifications will be sent to the email address used for the purchase.

· Winners must reply within 48 hours after the notification email is sent to confirm acceptance.

· Winners who do not reply within 48 hours will automatically forfeit the reward, with no exceptions or extensions.

· The Sponsor reserves the right to select alternate winners if a winner forfeits the reward.

Section 6: Reward and Voucher Terms

6.1 Usage Rules

· Vouchers are denominated in U.S. dollars and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

· Vouchers are single-use only. There is no maximum redemption amount for a single order, but if the order amount is lower than the voucher value, the remaining balance will not be refunded, accumulated, or used separately.

· Vouchers are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and have no cash value.

· Unless expressly stated by the Sponsor, vouchers may not be combined with other promo codes, discounts, or promotional offers.

· Vouchers may be used to purchase eligible products on vividstormscreen.com.

· Vouchers may not be applied retroactively to completed historical orders unless the Sponsor expressly provides a refund option.

· The Sponsor reserves the right to verify that a voucher is used only by the original winner.

6.2 Refund Option for Single-Challenge Vouchers

· At its sole discretion, the Sponsor may allow single-challenge winners who have completed a purchase to request that the USD $300 or USD $500 voucher value be refunded to the original order.

· Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours after receiving the winner notification, consistent with the reward confirmation deadline.

· Refunds are available regardless of shipping status. Already-shipped orders are also eligible for refund to the original payment method.

· For single-challenge winners, the refund amount will be limited to the lower of the applicable voucher value or the actual amount paid for the order.

· For orders where other promo codes or discounts were used, the refund amount will be capped at the actual amount paid after all promotional discounts are deducted.

· Note: voucher refunds, Grand Reward refunds, and product returns are mutually exclusive. Winners may choose either to keep the order and request the eligible reward refund, or return the product according to the VIVIDSTORM return policy. Multiple benefits cannot be claimed for the same order.

· If a winner receives a voucher refund or Grand Reward refund and later requests to return the product, this may be treated as duplicate-benefit fraud. The voucher or Grand Reward will be void and the refunded amount must be repaid.

· Refund requests are subject to review and approval by the Sponsor’s customer service team.

· The Sponsor reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the eligibility requirements.

6.3 Grand Reward Full Order Refund

A participant who correctly predicts both challenges using the same eligible order number may request a full refund of the qualifying order amount as the Grand Reward.

The Grand Reward refund is capped at the actual amount paid for the qualifying order after all discounts, promo codes, vouchers, credits, taxes, shipping adjustments, and other price reductions, as determined by the Sponsor.

The Grand Reward may not exceed the actual amount paid by the participant for the qualifying order and will not create any cash balance, credit balance, or additional payment beyond the order amount paid.

The Grand Reward is not transferable, cannot be applied to another person’s order, and cannot be exchanged for cash except as an approved refund to the original payment method for the qualifying order.

If the qualifying order has already shipped, the Grand Reward may still be processed as a refund to the original payment method, subject to verification and Sponsor approval.

If the participant chooses to return the product instead of keeping the order, the participant will not be eligible to receive or keep the Grand Reward refund.

If a Grand Reward refund has already been issued and the participant later requests a return, cancellation, chargeback, or payment dispute for the same order, this may be treated as duplicate-benefit fraud and the refunded amount must be repaid.

6.4 Voucher Expiration and Reward Voidance

· Expired vouchers will not be extended or reissued, with no exceptions.

· If a participant’s purchase order is returned, cancelled, or charged back, the corresponding voucher or Grand Reward eligibility will be immediately void.

· If the Sponsor determines that a voucher or Grand Reward was obtained through fraudulent means, the Sponsor reserves the right to void the reward at any time.

Section 7: General Terms

7.1 Sponsor Rights

· The Sponsor reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or terminate all or part of the Promotion for force majeure or other reasonable reasons with at least five (5) days’ prior notice, except where urgent or uncontrollable circumstances permitted by law require otherwise.

· Updated terms may be posted on the Promotion page. Any changes will not affect rewards legally earned before the effective date of such changes.

· The Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final and binding, and no appeals or objections will be accepted.

· The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any voucher with an item of equal or greater value.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

· The Sponsor and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by participants in connection with the Promotion.

· The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, errors, interruptions, or delays that affect the entry process.

· The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries.

· The Sponsor is not responsible for any change to the 2026 FIFA World Cup schedule, format, results, or cancellation of the event.

· If the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final is cancelled, postponed, suspended, or its result is declared invalid by FIFA, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel Challenge 2 or determine an alternative approach at its discretion.

· Participation is at the participant’s own risk. The Sponsor is not responsible for any costs incurred by participants in connection with the Promotion.

7.3 Governing Law

· This Promotion and these terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Sponsor’s jurisdiction of registration.

· Any dispute arising from the Promotion must be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

· If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

7.4 Third-Party Disclaimer

· This Promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with FIFA, Shopify, Instagram, Meta, Google, or any other third-party platform or organization.

· Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this Promotion should be directed to VIVIDSTORM, not to any third-party platform.

Section 8: Privacy Policy

8.1 Data Collection

By participating in this Promotion, you agree that the Sponsor may collect and use the following personal information:

· Name

· Email address

· Order number and purchase record

· Prediction content

· IP address and device information for anti-fraud purposes

8.2 Purpose of Data Use

· To verify eligibility and process entries.

· To contact participants by email regarding participation, including winner notifications.

· To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized participation.

· To improve our products, services, and future promotions.

· To send marketing communications if you have opted in to receive them.

8.3 Data Sharing

· The Sponsor will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal information to third parties.

· We may share data with trusted service providers that help operate the Promotion, such as email delivery and fraud prevention providers, subject to confidentiality obligations.

· We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

8.4 Data Retention

· Personal data collected through this Promotion will be retained for 12 months after the Promotion ends and will then be securely deleted.

· Data retained for legal or compliance purposes may be kept for a longer period as required by applicable law.

8.5 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

· To access the personal data we hold about you.

· To request correction of inaccurate data.

· To request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.

· To withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.

Section 9: Multiple Participation Disqualification Policy

⚠️ Zero-tolerance policy: Multiple-account or multiple-identity participation is strictly prohibited. Any participant found to have submitted duplicate predictions through different accounts, email addresses, identities, or order numbers will be immediately and permanently disqualified from this Promotion and all future VIVIDSTORM promotions.

The Sponsor uses multiple verification methods to detect and prevent abuse, including but not limited to:

· IP address tracking and comparison.

· Device fingerprinting.

· Cross-checking email addresses and identities.

· Order number and purchase record verification.

· Submission behavior pattern analysis.

Participants who attempt to bypass these mechanisms may face the following consequences:

· Immediate disqualification from the Promotion.

· Permanent ban from future VIVIDSTORM promotions.

· Revocation of any issued voucher.

· Potential legal action for fraud or misrepresentation.

Section 10: Reward Claim Process

Step 1: Within 7 business days after both challenges have ended, winners will be announced by email.
Step 2: Winners must reply within 48 hours after the notification email is sent to confirm acceptance.
Step 3: Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and purchase records.
Step 4: After verification, vouchers will be issued or Grand Reward refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Step 5: Vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Grand Reward refunds are processed only to the original payment method for the qualifying order and are subject to Sponsor approval.

⚠️ 48-hour reply deadline
If a winner does not reply within 48 hours after the winner announcement email is sent, the winner will automatically forfeit the voucher. No extensions or exceptions will be provided. The Sponsor reserves the right to award the voucher to an alternate winner or cancel the voucher.
